  • 1 tsp. dried mint
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2-3 cups chicken stock or broth

  • For the sauce:
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
  • Juice of two or three large lemons, strained
