Ingredients

1 tsp Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Ground cumin
½ tsp Ground ginger
½ tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp White pepper
¼ tsp Ground cardoamom
¼ tsp All spice
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil
1 lemon (juiced and finely grated rind)
600 g Goat meat (diced, bone in)
½ cup Chicken Stock
⅓ cup Dried apricots
¼ cup Raisins
½ cup Greek style yoghurt
¼ cup Pistachios (roughly chopped)
Cous cous to serve
