  • 4 tablespoons peanut or canola oil
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup roughly chopped fresh mung bean sprouts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Asian plum sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Asian hot chile sauce (optional)
