- 4 Tbs. clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs. fresh ginger root, minced
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. dried thyme

- 3 C. chicken broth
- 1/2 C. whole milk
- 1/2 C. heavy cream
