- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 2 C. grated carrots
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 lb. confectionersâ sugar
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbs. genuine vanilla extract
