Seafood Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. each cooked shrimp and crabmeat
  • 1 6.5-oz. can artichoke hearts, diced
  • 1 C. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 C. each of bell pepper, celery, green onions, diced
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbs. creole seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. slivered almonds
  • 1 deep dish pie shell, baked golden brown

Description

This Seafood Pie Is Rich And Very Tasty. I Was Visiting A Niece In TN, An Excellent Cook, Who Served It For Lunch. I Asked For The Recipe And Now I Make This Dish Frequently.
