- 2 Tbs. butter or stick margarine, softened Pecan halves to cover bottom of pie plate
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- Cooking spray
- 3/4-1 C. sugar (depending on pear sweetness)
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. allspice, optional
- 5 C. peeled, sliced fresh pears
- 1 Tbs. butter
- Garnish:
- 1/2 C. SMUCKER'S Caramel Topping
- Freshly whipped, sweetened cream (optional)
