Ingredients
- 3 lbs. pork or beef ribs (boneless)
- 2 whole garlic cloves separated
- 6 tomatoes
- jalapenos- 3 for mild, 4 for medium, and 5 for hot
- 1 small white onion (top and bottom of onion cut off)
- 1 pinch of cumin
- salt
- ground black pepper
- water for boiling meat
- 1/4 C. of vegetable oil for frying meat
Description
Adobo Sauce Is A Mexican Tomato And Jalapeno Sauce Boiled With Pieces Of Pork Ribs. It Can Also Be Made With Beef Ribs, But It Is Traditionally Made With Pork. Serve With Tortillas And Spanish Rice And Beans On The Side.
