- 2 C. bread crumbs
- Giblet Gravy:
- neck and giblets from goose
- 6 C. water
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. whole black peppercorns
