- 1 Tbs. toasted coriander, ground in a coffee grinder
- 1 Tbs. toasted cumin seed, ground in a coffee grinder
- 2 Tbs. chopped chilis in adobo
- 1 Tbs. sweet smoked paprika
- salt to taste
