- 3/4 C. julienne strips jicama
- 3/4 C. thinly sliced fennel bulb
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mixed baby greens, washed, dried and chilled
- 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 medium shallot, peeled
- 1/2 C. rice vinegar
- 1/2 C. light soy sauce
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 2 Tbs. Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbs. sesame oil
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 C. vegetable oil
