  • 6 saffron pods
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbs. hot water
  • For caramel sauce:
  • 2 C. of Sugar
  • 1 C. of water
  • 1 C. of eggnog
