50ml light soy sauce
15ml sweet soy sauce
15g brown sugar
10g chilli powder
100ml Napoli sauce
TO SERVE:
20ml apple balsamic glaze
2 cloves shaved garlic, deep fried
Julienne of leek (white part only) for garnish
