Ingredients
- 110g cashews
- 110g roasted or spiced peanuts
- 220g whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cube of veg stock mixed in 50ml water (or Marmite if you have it)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried is fine)
- 1 tsp thyme (again, dried is fine)
- 1 tbsp parsley (you get the idea)
- 1 tbsp basil (blah blah blah)
- 150g tasty cheese (mature cheddar is great)
