- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard â (15ml)
Brine
- 4 cups of apple cider â (1000ml)
- 3 1/2 cups of water â (875ml)
- 1/2 cup of salt â (125ml)
- 1/2 cup (packed) of golden brown sugar â (125ml)
- 3 tablespoons of coarsely ground black pepper â (45ml)
- 1 tablespoon of dried rubbed sage â (15ml)
- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon â (10ml)
Stuffing
- 1 1/2 cups of garlic croutons â (375ml)
- 3/4 cup of chopped apple â (187ml)
- 3/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese â (187ml)
- 1 tablespoon of raisins â (15ml)
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter â melted â (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice â (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon of orange zest (5ml)
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider- (15ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt â (1.25ml)
