- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro â (30ml)
- 1 cup of minced scallions â (250ml)
- 1 tablespoon of Rice cooking wine â (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce â (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce â (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter â (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil â (5ml)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar â (10ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt â (1.25ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper â (1.25ml)
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch â (125ml)
- 2 beaten large egg whites
- 1 cup of fresh round won ton skins â (250ml)
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Peanut oil â (30ml)
- 2 tablespoons of Chicken stock - (30ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly grated Ginger â (1.25ml)
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce â (5ml)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar â (5ml)
