- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pomegranate (for juice and seeds)
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup (if available, or honey)
- 2 ruby pink grapefruits, supremed (sectioned and separated from the membrane)
- 2 bunches watercress, trimmed
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup sushi ginger (comes in a jar)
- 1 small red onion, sliced into thin rings
- 1/2 cup pink pistachios (note: I forgot these on the show)
- pink sea salt (or any other salt)
