- 3 onion, chopped
- 4 cups sliced mushroom, (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon each ground ginger, and, nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme, (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 package (397 g) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg yolk
