- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, diced
- 1 tablespoon chives, diced
Opal Basil Vinegar
- 1 bunch opal basil
- 2 ounces black Chinese vinegar
- 6 ounces peanut oil or canola or olive
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Kasha
- 32 ounces chicken stock
- 16 ounces kasha
- 4 ounces black currents dried (substitute raisins)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chives diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
