  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 1/8 ounces low-fat tofu
  • 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 8 cups coarsely-chopped romaine lettuce(about 3/4 head)
  • 4 whole anchovies, cut in half
