Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced gingerroot
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine or 1 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • For Patties

    • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) cans salmon, drained and flaked
    • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
    • 1/3 cup finely minced green onion
    • 1/3 cup finely minced green pepper
    • 3 egg whites
