    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
    • 2 cups duck stock
    • 1 teaspoon butter

    Tamarind Jus Ingredients

    • 1/2 lb tamarind pulp
    • 1 cup duck stock
