1/2 cup dried apple rings, chopped

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)


Using Dried fruit Makes It So Easy To Enjoy Fruit in Your Morning Oatmeal. If You Don't Have Dried Apples On Hand, you Can Substitute Another Dried Fruit, Such As Bananas, Apricots Or Raisins.
