  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 leaves arugula
  • 4 ounces soft goat cheese
  • 8 slices Farmer John® Regular Smoked Bacon 12oz, cirsply cooked and drained
