  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 (6.8-ounce) package plain couscous
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup Peloponnese® Kalamata Pitted Olives, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
