Ingredients
- 2-10 oz packages Chocolate Mint Marshmallows
- 6-8 cups crispy rice cereal
- 4 T butter
- 12 Andes Mint candies, unwrapped and coarsely chopped
- 12 Cadbury Chocolate Eggs, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) vanilla frosting
- 1/2 - 1 t. mint extract
- Andes Mints or Cadbury Solid Chocolate Eggs for garnish
- Melt butter in large saucepan. Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted. Add crispy rice cereal and stir until well coated. Add coarsely chopped candies and stir until combined. Transfer to a buttered 13 x 9 baking dish. Using a buttered spatula press mixture into dish. Add mint extract to vanilla frosting and stir until combined. Spread frosting on marshmallow treats, garnish with candies.
