Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t peppermint extract
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 t salt
- green food coloring
- 1 cup Hershey's milk chocolate chips
- green colored sugar, 1/4 cup sugar with 2-3 drops green food coloring. Mix well.
