Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 T flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 3/4 t dry mustard
  • 3 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 T butter
  • Note: Linguine or Angel Hair pasta can be substituted for the Spaghetti.
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese can be substituted for the shredded Swiss cheese
