Ingredients
- 8-10 pork chops
- 1 bottle (12 oz) Saucy Mama Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 2 T oil
- 2- cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 t lemon zest, divided
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz) Broccoli, steamed
- 1 t butter
- Divide pork chops between 2 large size resealable plastic bags, pour 6 oz of dressing into each bag. Seal and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
- Heat oil in large skillet Brown pork chops on medium heat for 8-10 mins, turn and cook until pork chops are no longer pink inside. The cooking time depends on how thick your chops are.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package directions. Add 1 t lemon zest and blue cheese, stir.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Add 1 t butter and remaining lemon zest. Stir.
- Serve pork chops with rice and broccoli~ I even had a few fortune cookies left-over from the last time we did take out:)
