- 1/2 cup bacon-flavored crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1 t Creole or Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or beer
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup slaw dressing, Bob and I use Marretti's
- tarter sauce, Bob's favorite, Kraft Natural Lemon Flavor & Herb Tarter Sauce
- kaiser or hard rolls, split, butter and toast rolls, if desired.
