  • 1 cup dry white wine

  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 1 3/4 cups crushed saltine crackers (36)
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons butter, cut up
  • Paprika (optional)
