  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 ounce Mexican chocolate, grated
  • 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
