  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, finely snipped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, snipped
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Nonstick cooking spray or olive oil
  • Cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons water
