  • 1 pound assorted sliced deli meats (such as salami, spicy capocollo, prosciutto, and/or mortadella)
  • 8 ounces assorted cheeses, cubed (such as Parmesan, Asiago, fresh mozzarella, provolone, and/or blue cheese)
  • 1 1/2 cups Marinated Olives, purchased marinated olives, and/or marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 12 ounce jar roasted red and/or yellow sweet peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
  • 1 cup cherry and/or grape tomatoes
  • Snipped fresh basil (optional)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 8 ounce loaf Italian bread, sliced
