  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely snipped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup raisins, coarsely chopped
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Dried apricots cut into strips (optional)
