  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 9 ounce package frozen Italian green beans or cut green beans
  • Paprika
