  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, halved
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
