  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
  • Hot cooked rice
  • Sliced almonds, toasted
  • Cilantro sprigs (optional)
