6 Cloves Garlic, pressed
28 Oz. Can Whole Tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 Tsp. Dry Thyme, Basil, Pepper, Salt & 2 Bay Leaves
1 1/4 Cup Sauterne Wine
6 Strips Bacon, chopped
