2-2 1/2 cups prepared low-fat spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup cooking liquid (reserved from Braised Beef with Vegetables)
2 tbs. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 cooked lasagna noodles, cut in half
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Braised Beef With Veg-etables:
3-3 1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck arm pot roast
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
2 med. carrots
2 med. parsnips
8 sm. new red potatoes, cut in half
2 sm. leeks, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 tsps. cornstarch, dissolved in
1 tbs. water
