1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 garlic clove, minced
10 ounces skinned and boned turkey breast, cut into 2 x 1-inch strips
2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
1 cup thinly sliced red bell peppers
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon plus
1 teaspoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 1/2 teaspoons water
