1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Pint Whipping Cream, or 1 Pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 Cup Cold Water
Dressing:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Onion, chopped
1 Tbs. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tbs. Chopped Celery
