1or2lb's Hamburger meat (depending on how hungry you are) :)

1-16oz Container of sour cream / use 8oz's

1lb wide egg noodles

3 tbsp Beef bouillion granules

1-small onion chopped

4- cloves garlic chopped

8 oz Cream Cheese

2 c. portabella mushrooms

1/2 cup Beef Broth

salt/pepper to taste

1/2 stick Butter

1 c. heavy cream
