1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
225 g (8 oz) carrots, finely grated
75 g (3 oz) walnuts, finely chopped
Icing
50 g (2 oz) icing sugar
350 g (12 oz) low fat soft cheese
rind of 1/2 lemon, finely grated
