100 grams (4 oz.) french beans
100 grams (4oz.) carrots
100 grams (4 oz.) cabbage
100 grams (4 oz.) cucumber
100 grams (4 oz.) capsicums
100 grams (4 oz.) onions
4 sticks celery
1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto powder
4 tablespoons refined oil, salt to taste, green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce to serve.
For the sauce, 3/4 teacup brown vinegar
3/4 teacup sugar
1 teacup water
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 to 2 tablespoons soya sauce
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
