Stir-fry Pasta Primavera
1 med. red onion (diced)
2-3 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
1 lb. thin asparagus, cut diagonally in 1/4 inch slices tips intact
1 cup mushrooms (thinly sliced)
1 cup cauliflower (florets only)
1 zucchini cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 carrot halved tengthwjfce. and cut diagonally into thin slices
1/2 cup vegetable broth or vegetarian chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbs. chopped fresh basil or
1 tbs. dried basil
1 tbs. each chopped fresh rosemary and oregano or 1 tbs. each dried rosemary and oregano
2 cans (7 1/2 oz.) Bumble Bee Salmon (red or pink)
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) Bumble Bee Tuna (white or light)
1 can (8 oz.) Bumble Bee whole oysters
1 cup frozen peas (thawed) 2-3 tbs. minced fresh parsley (optional)
1 lb. any flavor or color linguini or fettucini (cooked and drained)
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
