1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
4 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon lettuce leaves tomato wedges (optional garnish)
