Teriyaki Casserole
3 tablespoons peanut oil or vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, halved
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 large green pepper, halved, seeded and sliced
1 large red pepper, halved, seeded and sliced
1 large zucchini, tipped and sliced
1 large yellow squash, tipped and sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 large carrot, pared and cut into thin sticks
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup saki or dry sherry
1 package (1 pound) Chinese noodles, cooked and drained OR 1 package (1 pound) fine noodles, cooked and drained
