1 teaspoon salt
 
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (3 1/2 to 4 cups)
 
FILLING
 
1 tablespoon butter
 
1 teaspoon garlic chips
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1 14 1/2-ounce can stewed tomatoes
 
1 4-ounce jar sliced pimientos, well drained
 
1 tablespoon green bell pepper
 
1/2 teaspoon thyme
 
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
 
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 
1 1/2 pounds cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
