  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 to 6 drops red pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Baked tortilla chips, if desired
